| dc.description.abstract | 직무분석의 도입과 정착을 위한 전략 마련에 있어서 시차를 고려한 분석의 유 용성을 검토하였다. 직무분석에 관련된 요인을 제도 내적 요인과 내적 상황요인, 외적 상황요인으로 구분하고 식별하였다. 각 요인들의 시간에 따른 변화를 직무 분석에 불리한 상태로부터 직무분석이 가장 유리한 상태에 이르기까지 네 가지 양태로 구분하였다. 다음으로 각 요인들의 선 · 후행 관계를 검토하였다. 마지막 으로 각 요인들의 변화 기간을 장 · 단기로 나누어 검토하였다. 이러한 분석의 결 과 직무분석의 도입기와 확산기, 그리고 안정기에 어떠한 요인이 작용할 것이며, 어떠한 전략이 사용 가능할 것인가를 도출 할 수 있었다. | - |
