dc.description.abstractWorking youth are less physically fit than high school student of the same age. This tendency becomes more pronounced as the comparison age increases. Because of insufficient sports and recreational facilities, young workers are unable to get involved in sports and recreational activities. Due to the insufficient number of employees hired by some large companies, workers are forced to work eleven hours or more a day. Consequently, young workers are too tired mentally and physically to get involved in sports and sports and recreational activities. It is recommended that workers follow an established daily program of sports and recreational activities in order to maintain and develop physical fitness. Also, employers should provide better sports and recreational facilities for their workers. In doing so, they win increase the productivity of their company.-
