인터넷 시대의 교원연수 개선 방안에 대한 연구

Abstract

To suggest desirable direction of in-service training of teachers in the age of internet, researcher from 4 subject matter area - Korean language, English language, social studies, mathematics - performed cooperative research on the perspective of subject matter education. From the literature review, survey for present on-line and off-linε training program, questionnaire and interview with teachers, conference with experts, lots of problems and some suggestions were found. The summary of the suggestions is as follows. (1) Regardlless of the form the in-service training program must be designed on the basis of the subject matter's intrinsic attribute. (2) The contents and mode of training must bε selected on the basis of teacher's opinions. (3) Problems of present on-line training program, for example, the lack of immediate feedback, deficiency of interaction among teachers, occurrence of technical problems and so forth, must be removed. (4) On-line training system that corresponds to each subject matter must be developed. For example, the system for Korean Language teachers must show various dimension of language activity. (5) We must try to introduce and improve on-line training system on thε one hand and prevent the system from distorting the essence of in-service training for teachers on the other hand. Based on the suggestions we developed some examples of in-service program and presented a few samples in appendix.
