| dc.description.abstract | 환경재의 가치평가에 있어 선택실험법이 널리 활용되고 있다. 선택실험법이란 공공재의 속성과 속성별 수
준을 각각 다르게 조합한 대안을 복수로 구성하고, 이를 응답자에게 제시하여 가장 선호하는 대안을 선택 하게 하여, 그 결과를 분석하는 방법이다. 선택실험법 관련 초기 연구에서는 조건부 로짓(Conditional logit) 이 사용되었다. 하지만 조건부 로짓은 무관한 대안간의 독립성(IIA:Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives)이라는 강한 가정을 해야만 하는 문제가 있으며, 이 가정이 위배되는 경우에는 결과의 타당성을 위협할 수 있다. | ko_KR |
