중․고등학생용 ICT 리터러시 검사도구 개발 연구

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 중·고등학생들의 정보통신소양(ICT literacy; 이하 ICT 리터러시) 수준을 타당하고 신뢰로운 방식으로 측정·평가하기 위한 검사도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석과 전문가협의회 내용 등을 종합하여 ICT 리터러시의 개념을 규정하고, 이를 평가하기 위한 ICT 리터러시 검사도구의 프레임(frame)을 개발하였다. 즉, 모든 문항은 '내용요소×능력요소'로 구성된 이원분류표상의 요소를 측정할 수 있도록 개발되었으며, 내용요소는 ① 컴퓨터와 네트워크, ② 정보처리, ③ 정보사회와 윤리로, 능력요소는 ① 문제의 인식, ② 정보의 탐색, ③ 정보의 분석과 평가, ④ 정보의 조직과 창출, ⑤ 정보의 활용과 관리, ⑥ 정보의 소통으로 구성되었다. 개발된 ICT 리터러시 검사도구 프레임은 세 차례에 걸친 전문가협의회를 통해 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 중·고등학교별 ICT 리터러시 검사문항을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 검사도구의 양호도를 검증하기 위해 우선 10명의 전문가 평정을 통해 문항별 내용타당도를 확인하였다. 아울러 수도권 지역에 소재한 중·고등학교의 중학생 207명과 고등학생 128명을 대상으로 중·고등학교 각각 총 60문항으로 구성된 예비검사를 실시하여 각 문항의 정답률과 변별도를 분석하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 ICT 리터러시 검사도구는 중·고등학교 각각 능력요소별로 5문항씩 고루 분포하도록 하였으며, 난이도와 변별도가 검증된 총 30개의 양호한 문항으로 선별하여 구성하였다. 완성된 중․고등학생용 ICT 리터러시 검사도구의 반분신뢰도는 각각 0.72와 0.62였으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the ICT literacy assessment for secondary school student to evaluate their ICT literacy level. To do this, the concept of ICT literacy and framework of the test were developed on the basis of literature reviews and a series of expert conferences. Item pool was developed under the strands of 'contents' and 'abilities'. The strands of contents were categorized into 3 dimensions: i) computer and network, ii) information processing, and iii) information society and ethnical issues. The strands of abilities were categorized into 6 dimensions: i) to identify a problem, ii) to process information acquired, ⅲ) to evaluate the reliability of information acquired, ⅳ) to create and re-organize information acquired, v) to utilize and manage information acquired, and ⅵ) to communicate and share with information. The contents of item pool were reviewed by the expert conferences three times and the content validity of the test was also verified by 10 experts. The 60 items with five-multiple choices were prepared for junior and senior high school respectively. The pilot test was performed and analyzed for item difficulty and item discrimination, targeting 207 junior high school students and 128 senior high school students. With the results from preliminary test and expert conferences, the final version of ICT literacy assessment was confirmed. The developed ICT literacy assessment items were selected in balance with 5 items from each ability strands. The 30 items have been prepared verified by the degree of item difficulty and discrimination. The complete form of ICT literacy assessment has good construct validity, which was checked by the confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation model. Also, the split-half reliability was estimated .72 and .62 respectively.
