Abstract
이 연구는 우리나라 청소년들의 진로‧직업과 관련한 현재 상태와 변화 양상을 파악하기 위한 지표를 개발하고 개발된 지표에 대한 타당화를 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 청소년 진로‧직업 지표에 대한 관심영역을 진로‧직업 의식, 경험 및 역량으로 구분하였고, 각 관심영역에 대해 세부영역과 문항을 개발하였다. 먼저 진로‧직 업 의식의 세부영역은 가치와 태도로 각각 구분하여 문항을 개발하였고, 진로‧직업 경험 부분은 교육, 준비행동, 체험으로 세부영역을 구분하여 문항을 개발하였다. 또한 진로‧직업 역량 부분은 자기이해, 진로‧직업 지식, 합리 적 의사결정으로 세부영역을 구분하여 문항을 개발하였다. 이후, 개발된 지표에 대해 2회의 전문가 의견조사를 통해 내용타당도를 확보하였으며, 진로‧직업 태도와 진로‧직업 역량에 대해서는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 구성타당도를 검증하였다.



This study aims to develop indicators of Korean adolescent's career and vocational development. To achieve this goal, the regions of interest about adolescents career and vocation were classified into the career and vocational consciousness, experience and competence, and detail areas and items about each region of interest were developed. First, the details areas of the career and vocational consciousness were divided into the career and vocational values and career and vocational attitudes and then the items were developed. The details areas of the career and vocational experience were divided into the career and vocational education, preparation behaviors for future career and vocation, and career and vocational experiences and then the items were developed. In addition, the details areas of the career and vocational competency were divided into self-understanding, career and vocational knowledge, and rational decision and also the items were developed. After that, the contents validity about the developed indicators was secured through two times of experts opinions, and the constructive validities of the career and vocational attitude and the career and vocational competency were verified through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.
