아파트형 공장에 입주한 기업의 특성과 혁신 활동 : 부천 테크노파크를 사례로

Abstract

본 연구는 아파트형 공장이 대도시 중소제조업체의 입지난을 해결함과 동시에 혁신공간으로서의 기능도 함께 수행해야 한다고 생각하고, 아파트형 공장에 입주한 기업들의 특성과 혁시활동을 알아보았다. 특히 지역경제 활성화를 위해 조성된 첨단산업연구단지를 중심으로 입주 기업체들이 아파트형 공장을 혁신 공간으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위하여 어떠한 역할을 하고 있는지 알아보았다. The purpose of this study is to historically review the development of FFBs(Flatted Factory Buildinys) in Korea and to analyze the characteristics and innovation activities of the firms located in the FFBs. In particularly, it focuses on the Bucheon Technopark, which is a good example of the FFBs, which was established by local govemments and had the High Tech Industry Research Complexes inside it. Various references have been studied and the questionnaire survey for the firms in the Buheon Technopark was carried out for this study.
