dc.description.abstractBlood volume was measured in renal hypertensive
rats by plasma dye (T-1824) method. Plasma volume was 6.5% body weight and blood volume was 10.7%
body_weight. These figures are far greater than those
of the normal rats. The increased blood volume in
renal hypertensive rat was thought to be not transient
but continuous as much as the hypertensioα
lasted.
