| dc.description.abstract | 라틴아메리카와 카리브 해 국가에서 이루어지고 있는 중국의 경제활동 중 인프라 투자는 갈수록 중요성을 더해가는 요소이다. 2004년 후진타오 주석의 브라질, 아르헨티나, 칠레, 쿠바 방문은 라틴아메리카에서 점증하고 있는 중국 경제활동의 출발점이었다. 그 후 10여 년간 중국은 많은 라틴아메리카 국가에 매우 중요한 통상 파트너가 되었으며, 석유와 같은 자연자원과 교환 조건으로 대규모 차관을 라틴아메리카 국가에 제공했다. 최근에는 대규모 인프라 건설안의 부상과 더불어 인프라 투자는 중국과 라틴아메리카·카리브 해 국가 간 협력의 하이라이트로 떠올랐다. | - |
