dc.description.abstract본 연구는 학생의 문제행동 경감 측면에서 창의적 체험활동이 가지는 교육적 효과를 실증적으로 분석하여 창의적 체험활동에 관한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2011부터 2014년까지 한국아동청소년패널조사에 참여한 중학교 1학년 코호트를 대상으로 이원고정효과모델을 활용하여 정책효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 창의적 체험활동은 학생의 문제행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 반사회적인 교우 관계를 갖고 있는 학생들의 문제행동을 줄이는 간접적인 효과가 존재함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 창의적 체험활동의 운영 현황 및 실태에 대한 면밀한 진단과 함께, 정책 효과를 제고하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 정책적 시사점으로 제시하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of creative experiential activity policy, focusing on the effects of reducing student behavior problems. This study analyzed the 2nd-4th waves of the 7th grade cohort of the Korea Youth and Children Panel Survey dataset. The method of analysis was mainly panel data analysis using two-way fixed effects models. The results were as follows. First, participation in creative experiential activities has increased while it does not positively affect on reducing studentsbehavior problems. Second, creative experiential activities had an effect on reducing anti-social peer relationshipsaffecting behavior problems. In other words, there is a possibility that students who are more engaged with anti-social friends are less likely to conduct misbehavior while participating in creative experiential activities. Based on those findings, this study suggests that precise understanding of creative experiential activity management in schools and appropriate intervention policy are in need.
