| dc.description.abstract | 화학적 분석방법과 생리활성 측정을 통하여 선별되어진 4 종의 국내 해면 (Phorbas gukhulensis, Hyatella sp., Sceptrella sp., Irciniidae) 과 1 종의 열대 해면 (Spongia officinalis) 에서 추출한 유기물질들을 다양한 크로마토 그래피 법으로 분리 및 정제 하여 54 개의 순수한 물질들을 얻었다.
각각의 분광학 자료에 의하여 25 종의 신물질들을 구조 결정 하였으며, 29 종의 기지물질들을 동정하였다. 입체구조 결정을 위하여 화학적 방법과 분광학 자료분석 등 다양한 방법이 시도되었으며, 분리된 물질들은 다양한 계열의 화합물 (5 종의 gukulenin 계열의 diterpenoid pseudo-dimers, 18 종의 scalarane 계열과 linear type 의 sesterterpenoids, 14 종의 spongian 계열의 diterpenoids, 14 종의 pyrroiminoquinone 계열의 aromatic compounds, 그리고 3 종의 indole alkaloids) 인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분리된 물질들은 항암, 항미생물 및 효소활성 저해 등의 생리활성 검색이 이루어 졌으며, 몇몇의 물질들은 주목할 만한 활성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
