부모의 심리적 통제가 여자 청소년의 이상섭식태도에 미치는 영향: 부적 정서와 정서조절곤란의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구에서는 부모의 심리적 통제가 여자 청소년의 이상섭식태도에 미치는 영향의 관계에서 부적 정서와 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구는 서울과 경남 지역의 여자 고등학생 468명을 대상으로 진행하였으며 부모의 심리적 통제, 부적 정서, 정서조절 곤란 및 이상섭식태도 척도를 사용해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 여자 고등학생의 부모의 심리적 통제, 이상섭식태도, 부적 정서, 정서조절곤란 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해상관분석을 실시하였고 , 부적 정서와 정서조절곤란이 부모의 심리적 통제가 이상섭식태도에 미치는 영향에서 매개효과가 있는지 살펴보기 위해 구조방정식을 사용하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 부모의 심리적 통제는 부적 정서, 정서조절곤란, 이상섭식태도와 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 심리적 통제는 이상섭식태도에 영향을 미치기도 하지만 부적 정서와 정서조절곤란을 매개로 하여 이상섭식태도에 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부적 정서는 정서조절곤란을 매개로 하여 이상섭식태도에 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 논의 및 함의가 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the mediating effects of negative affect and emotion regulation difficulties between perceived parental psychological control and eating attitudes of female adolescents. The survey included 468 female high school students in Seoul City and Gyeongnam province, and self-reports data were collected for perceived parental psychological control, negative affect, emotion regulation difficulties, and eating attitudes. Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were employed to examine the hypothesis. The results were summarized as follows. Perceived parental psychological control, negative affect, emotion regulation difficulties and eating attitudes were affirmatively correlated. Perceived parental psychological control showed the direct influences on eating attitudes. The association between perceived parental psychological control and eating attitudes was mediated by negative affect and emotion regulation difficulties. Additionally, negative affect and eating attitudes was mediated by emotion regulation difficulties. Based on the results, findings and implications are discussed in the study.
