스포츠조직에서 위반유형과 공유가치창출이 조직평판에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구에서는 스포츠 조직의 위반유형과 공유가치창출활동이 조직평판에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고, 도덕적분리의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 구체적으로 가상의 공유가치창출활동과 위반 상황을 노출하는 실험연구를 진행하였다. 조사대상은 20세 이상 성인남녀 563명을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 자료분석을 위해 SPSS Ver 26.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, T검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 이원배치 분산분석, 반복측정 분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 상해자 있는 위반유형에 노출되었을 때 조직평판이 더 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 공유가치창출(CSV)활동을 했을 때 CSV활동을 하지 않을 때보다 조직평판이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 조직의 위반시 CSV활동을 할 때 조직평판이 더 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과 상해자 있는 위반유형에 노출되었을 때, 공유가치창출활동을 한 경우 조직평판이 더 높게 나타났다. 하지만 상해자 없는 위반유형에 노출되었을 때에는 공유가치창출활동 유무의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 위반유형이 조직평판에 미치는 영향에 있어서, 도덕적 분리의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 조직 평판에 있어서 상해자 없는 위반 유형을 제외한 모든 경우에 가설이 지지되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점, 향후 연구에 대하여 논의하였다. 이상의 결과는 사회가 복잡해지고 급속도로 변화하는 미디어 환경 속에 스포츠 조직이 위반 상황에 직면하였을 때 선행적 활동으로 공유가치창출활동을 하는 것이 소비자들에게 조직의 평판을 유지할 수 있는 중요한 기회가 되고, 나아가 스포츠 조직이 공유가치창출활동을 통한 조직 평판 향상에 대한 효율적인 마케팅 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

This research has been conducted to verify the relationship among the transgression types, creating shared value types, and organizational reputation. The research evaluates the mediating effect of the moral decoupling level depending on interaction between transgression and organizational reputation. In specific, the study was done by setting up a hypothetical transgression condition and exposing the CSV(Creating Shared Value) to the respondents. A total of 563 adults (people) were used as the experiment participants. Also, it used frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, repeated measure ANOVA, and regression analysis through SPSS ver 26.0 and AMOS 18.0 for the data analysis. Results from the verification of study hypotheses are as follows. First, the transgression with injuries leads to more unfavorable reputation than that with no injuries. Second, organizational reputation was higher when sports organization performed the CSV activities than when not. Third, in the occurrence of transgression, organizational reputation was higher when sports organization performed the CSV activities than when not. Fourth, by analyzing the interaction effect between transgression types and CSV types on reputation, when the public is exposed to types of transgression with injuries, the reputation was positive when the organization performed the CSV activities. On the other side, when the public is exposed to types of transgression with no injuries, the prediction was the other way around, but it has been shown that the types of transgression with no injuries does not significantly affect the reputation when the organization performed the CSV activities. Lastly, the study found that there are significant mediated effects of moral decoupling on the transgression types and organizational reputation. The results showed that except for the case where the reputation toward the organization is exposed to types of transgression with no injuries, all hypotheses were verified. Furthermore, limitations and future research directions are discussed. These findings give important insights for sports organization to maintain their organizational reputation by engaging in a proactive CSV activities when the sport organization faces a transgression. Furthermore, these findings clearly indicate the importance of building detailed transgression management strategies to cope with fast-changing media environments by investigating various case studies in order to develop the effective system for the crisis reponses through CSV activities.
