| dc.description.abstract | 한국 도시의 주거형태는 대부분 공동주택으로 구성되어 있으며, 그 비율은 점점 더 확대되는 추세이다. 그리고 고밀개발에 의해 거주 환경은 점점 안좋아지는 경향을 보인다. 특히 일조환경은 인간의 건강과 직결되는 요소인데 일조환경이 점점 악해지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 파라메트릭 디자인 방법론을 국내 공동주택 계획에 적용하여 단지내 일조환경을 최적화하기 위해 계획 프로세스를 제안하고 검증하였다. | - |
