시각화 기술을 이용한 안전관리 방법 제안

Abstract

과거 건설공사의 목표는 원가절감과 공기단축을 통한 효율성 증진이라고 하여도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 그러나 이에 비하여 안전관리는 오랜 기간 소홀히 되어온 것이 사실이다. 이러한 이유로 안전관리는 원가나 공기 측면에 비하여 많이 뒤떨어져 있는 상황이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 건설공사에서 이루어지고 있는 안전관리는 과거에 비하여 커다란 발전이 없는 상황이다. 단지 안전기술 기준과 규칙 등의 지식 중심의 사후 처리에 집중되어 상황이며, 여전히 비효율적인 측면이 많이 존재하고 있는 실정이다. 비록 과거와 비교한다면 현재 국내 건설공사의 안전사고 사례는 점차 줄어들고 있는 추세이지만, 최근에 들어 건설공사가 보다 대형화, 복잡화되면서 사고의 규모는 더욱 더 커지고 있는 실정이다. 또한 실재 사고 손실액 역시 과거에 비하여 증가하고 있으며, 재해의 규모 또한 사망 등으로 번지는 대재해로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 보다 확실한 안전관리가 필요한 상황이다. 본 저자는 이번 논문을 통하여 보다 효과적인 안전관리 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다. 이 프로그램은 시각화기술(Virtual Reality)을 이용한 안전관리 방법으로써 안전에 관한 속성 및 Entity, 안전 라이브러리 등이 적용되었으며, 최종적으로는 과거의 지식 중심의 사후대처에서 벗어나 시각화를 통한 지속적인 관리 및 예방을 목적으로 하고 있다.The main goal of construction projects from the past has been enhancing efficiency by reducing cost and time. Compared to this, it is true that for a long time not much attention was paid to safety management. For this reason, safety management is much behind cost and time management but nevertheless, not much improvement has been made. The current safety management is only focused on managing after an occurrence based on knowledge like safety standards and rules. Even though safety accident is reducing in domestic construction projects, the extent of a accident is getting greater because construction projects are getting more complex and sophisticated. Moreover, the actual loss due to accident is increasing and the severeness of a hazard is getting worse. Therefore, to improve the current conditions of safety management, we propose a more effective safety management program. This program is a safety managing method using virtual reality. Property, entity, safety library is applied and finally, aims to continuously manage and prevent rather than deal with an accident/disaster after it happens.
