- Abstract
- 이조시대에 있어서 토지는 노비와 함께 재산의 가장 중요한 위치를 점하고 경제적재정적인 지주였다. 따라서 전토송은 노비송에 못지 않게 번다하였으며, 당시의 토지제도가 공법적체계와 사법적체계를 병합한 것이었기 때문에 소송법에 있어서도 특수하게 취급된 점이 적지 않다.
