| dc.description.abstract | 상법규와 상관습은 합리적‧진보적경향을 부단히 나타내고 있으나 반면에 상인정신의 보편화로 말미암아 야기된 관리추구는 고도로 발달한 자본주의적 경제체제하에서는 도처에 심각한 이해관계의 상반을 노출하고, 이 현상은 자본주의의 성장과 상응하여 발달한 전형적 기업형태인 주식회사에서도 경영측과 투자자측, 대주주와 소주주간의 빈번한 분규를 양성하고 기업조직이 대규모일수록 이 현상은 심화하여 경영측의 자행과 대주주의 횡포는 자심하는 경향에 있다. | - |
