가로환경 개선사업의 평가구조에 대한 연구: 디자인서울거리 사업을 중심으로

Abstract

This study aims 1)to examine achievements and implications of 'Design Seoul Street'Project, promoted by City of Seoul since 2007, and 2) to bulid foundation for a practical evaluation system for the street improvement design in Korea. Among the first 10 pilot cases, Gangnam-daero, Gwanak-ro, and Neungdong-ro were selected and taken under qualitative and comparative analysis throughout the comprehensive scope of 3 perspectives, including Physical-objective, Functional-perceived, and Social-communicative. Because of differences in street characteristics, surrounding conditions and social expectations, proclaimed objectives and contents of projects also varied among 3 cases. As a results, a step-by-step evaluation structure is suggested, accommodating such variations with sophisticated evaluation criteria.
