| dc.description.abstract | 인터넷 가치사슬구조상 많은 서비스가 융합된 형태로 제공되고 있다. 컨버전스 환경에서 필수요소인 사업자간 협력은 매우 중요하고, VoIP(인터넷전화) 및 IP-TV 등의 신규 서비스는 POTS(기존 전화 서비스 Plain Old Telephone Service)보다 더 직접적이고 활발한 사업자간 협력을 필요로 한다. 따라서 인터넷 산업생태계 진체의 균형적인 발전을 위해서는 망 이용대가를 포함하여 참여하는 사업자간 공정하고 합리적인 망 이용대가 산정방법이 정해져야 한다. 본 연구는 최근 뜨거운 이슈가 되고 있는 IPTV와 VolP의 인터넷 망 이용대가 산정에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 인터넷 망의 구조 및 사업구도 분석 등의 내용에서부터 원가 중심적 접근, 수익배분적 접근법으로 나누어 이용대가 산정에 응용될 수 있는 이론적 접근법에 대해 다루게 될 것이다. | - |
