| dc.description.abstract | 정보통신기술이 발달함에 따라 공급사슬내의 불확실성을 줄일 수 있는 환경이 점차 조성되고 있다. 이에 공급사슬관리는 비용절감뿐만 아니라 고객만족의 측면에서도 그 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있으며 이를 활용하는 방법도 다양해졌다. 본 연구에서는 이제까지 많은 연구에서 논의되어왔던 공급사슬관리의 개념과 중요성, 효과에 대해서 논의하고 공급사슬관리가 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있는 유통산업에서의 적용사례를 살펴보도록 하겠다. | - |
