Examination of Integrated Management of Knowledge (K) . Resource (R) Power (P) through Model Case Studies

- For Korean firms to actively meet the changes in business environment. prevent future outbreak of crisis, to continuously accumulate competitive advantage, a new management method must be developed, For such management method, this paper suggests the management of Knowledge (K) · Resource (R) · Power (P). Here we define Knowledge Management as firm‘s management of development of its knowledge assets of mew value-creation and transfer and diffusion of the developed knowledge, Resource Management is firm’s acquirement of tangible resources for the strengthening of business competitiveness and strategically allocating the acquired resources. Power Management is institutionalizing firm’s power base for continuous building of trust and justly utilizing the institutionalized power. In this paper using domestic model case studies related to management of K·R·P as examples I attempt to provide interdependence of integrated model of K·R·P management and inventory of integrated management However, firm's management system cannot function properly simply by executing K·R·P integrated management. Consequently, in this paper I suggest the management system should be accompanied by proper business vision and corporate culture.
