This paper suggests some propositions for Korean managers to develop their

global leaderships. The propositions are as follows:

First of all. Korean managers should constantly develop their leadership

competencies as well as their qualities.

Secondly, it is needed to train their subordinates to be new professionals,

who are with performance and quality, specialism and generalism at the same

time.

Thirdly. training transformational leadership skill is necessary to show their

charisma based on the virtue of humanity.

Fourthly. younger staffs have to be guided to have discipline while it is still

important to understand their emotions.

Fifthly. Korean managers should continually organize and manage their

cultural networks to build up the global social capital.

Sixthly, it is necessary to expand ShinBaram(se1f-empowerment) and Jung

(affection) management originated from the traditional Korean community life.

Lastly. Korean managers should realize Right Management through the

economically and socially balanced goals.
