Abstract
The present study was designed to further the understanding of the complexity perspective on organizational practices. Considerable attention is currently being given to exploring some useful management strategies from the complexity theory that might explain the widening gap between the reality and the prediction in corporate organizational world. The author investigated applicability of science of complexity in human resources management and organizational structural design. The self organization and the co-evolution concepts give us new views: the reciprocal interaction between organizational members and organization. management group and working group is more likely to be helpful for organizational learning. Organizational flexibility. virtual organizational design. multifuctional team structure and middle up down communication network system are suggested as good strategies for striving with complicated business situation. All these skills can be cited to support the popular notion of science of complexity. Although theoretical perspectives and labels differ. there is an emerging consensus that chaos and disorder are necessary for organizational elf renewal. Therefore. delegation of power and self managed team policy are more needed than any other situation.
