- Abstract
- The Socially Responsible Management of firm as defined in this paper concern continuous interaction between the firm and its environment. pursuing balanced development of both firm and society. increasing firm transparency. and "open management" that both organizational members and society can agree on. In order for firm to continue to implement socially responsible management consistently. we need to clarify what this perspective is. In this paper. I propose. as a grand paradigm of socially responsible management. Social Partnership and its three dimensions: establishment of norm. creating institutions. and improvement of relationship between firms and society. In addition. in this paper I attempt to provide a new paradigm based on the Stakeholderism derived from the grand paradigm of socially responsible management or social partnership. The worth of pursuing the new paradigm are in growth. fairness. and cooperation. Based on the above paradigm for social partnership and stakeholderism. we can further research on specific management actions for socially responsible management that todays firms need to strategically implement.
