- 本事例硏究는 社團法人 韓國證券團 主崔로 全國大學生 模擬株主總會에 使用되었던 資料로 作成되었다. 이 本例硏究의 目的은 現在 上場企業을 前提로 하여 未來의 株主인 大學生들에게 實際와 類似한 株主總會 報告資料를 보게 하고 이를 分析한 後 質問하게 함으로써 지금까지 學校에서 배운 會計學, 經營學, 商法•知識을 活用, 認識하게 하는데 있다.
