| dc.description.abstract | 지금까지 우리나라에서 발표되어 온 財務諸表는 個別企業을 中心으로 작성된 個別財務諸表다. 그러나 系列企業과 같이 몇개의 企業이 法律的으로는 獨立的이지만 經濟的으로는 密接한 關聯을 갖고 있을 때에는 聯結財務諸表가 작성될 수 있다. 外國에서 작성되는 대부분의 財務諸表는 聯結財務諸表다. 世界의 巨大企業인 Exxon, General Motors, Gulf, General Electric, Du Pont 등 우리들 귀에 익은 이들 企業에 대한 世界企業의 順位決定에 있어서도 聯結財務諸表上의 賣出額 • 純利益 • 資産 등으로 그 順位를 定한다. | - |
