| dc.description.abstract | 한국기업의 歷史는 年淺하지만 經濟成長 목표에 機能的으로 作用한 측면은 괄목할 만하다. 그러나 급팽창한 기업의 成長過程에서 노출된 역기능적 측면도 적지 않았다. 앞으로 한국기업이 더욱 성장 •발전하기 위해서는 역기능적 측면은 수정하고, 기능적 측면은 강조함으로써 最適의 한국적 經營스타일을 設計하지 않으면 안된다. 그러기 위해서는 그 前提條件으로서 한국기업의 本質的 특성을 체계적으로 그리고 역사적으로 구명할 필요가 있다. | - |
