| dc.description.abstract | 이 논문은 경영학의 「 意思决定論的 시스템 어프로치」에 입각하여 經營資金管理의 이론과 실제에 하나의 모델을 설정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그러므로 이번 연구는 그 대상으로서는 「賃金管理」를, 방법으로는 「意思决定論的 시스템 어프로치」를 택하였다.
본 연구논문의 대상으로서의 임금은 경영의 실제에 있어서 대단히 중요한 과제이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 경영학에서는 그동안 비교적 경시되어 왔던 분야이기도 하다. | - |
