Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the trends of Korean organizational culture research and to provide recommendations for future research. We analyzed three major Korean journals, i.e, Korean Management Review. The Korean Personnel Administration Journal, and the Korean Journal of Management and came up with 31 published articles. In analyzing the 31 articles, we applied a four-perspective framework integrating two(variable-phenomenon. integration-differentiation) dimensions. We found that most Korean organizational culture researches lean too much upon (variable. integration) perspective, which inhibit the differentiation of culture approach from other organizational studies. SO we recommend that future organizational culture researches should expand their perspectives toward phenomenon or differentiation perspectives.
