Extraocular Sebaceous Carcinoma - A Case report -

Abstract

A case of sebaceous carcinoma in a 40 years old male occurring in frontal scalp is described. This tumor was very unique in gross appearance showing surface protruding yellow mass associated with ulceration and was histologically characterized by basal cells, squamous cells and cells with clear cytoplasm that showed strong ORO positivity and maturation gradient found in the center of each lobule of the tumor.
