The number of nationals who sojourn in foreign countries is increasing more and
more every year as international exchanges rise in the whole areas, such as political,
economical, social and cultural section, and many Koreans are going abroad actively.
However, Koreans overseas may forget national consciousness easily because they
reside in the long distant place geographically from the country of their ancestry and
must adopt to foreign life.
