| dc.description.abstract | 본고의 연구목적은 ① 제1공화국(1948~1960)의 행정체제가 사회체제(social system)즉 여러 하위체제(sub-system)의 분화와 발전에 여하히 작용하였으며 ② 그러기 위해서 행정체제자체는 어떻게 변화하였고 ③ 그 결과 정책적 변화의 효과는 어떠하였고 ④ 여타 하위체계는 행정체제에 어떠한 반응을 보여 왔는가를 「정치 · 행정의 분석모형」과 「행정체계의 변동과 발전」에서 도출된 가정(assumption)들에 따라 설명을 시도하고 보다 효과적인 행정체제의 설명과 예측을 하려는데 있다. | - |
