| dc.description.abstract | 본고의 연구목적은 ① 위기관리정부(1979.10.26~1980.8.26)의 행정체제가 사회체제, 즉 여러 하위체제와 여하히 상호작용하였으며 ② 그러기 위해서 행정체제 자체는 어떻게 변화하였고 ③ 그 결과 정책적 변화의 교과는 어떠하였고 ④ 여타 하위체제는 행정체제에 어떠한 반응을 보여왔는가를 「정치 · 행정의 분석모형」과 「행정체계의 변동과 발전」에서 도출된 작정(assumption)들에 따라 행정체제에 대한 보다 체계적인 기술하고 이론적인 동시에 교훈적인 시사를 도출하려는 데 있다. | - |
