dc.description.abstract | According to Article 1 of the School Regulation of GSPA, the purpose of establishing the GSPA is to bring profound studies in public administration and also to train higher civil servants who can apply the learning to practices." That is, the School is characterized by its nature as an educational institute having a different objective from other officials training institutes which give government officials knowledges and techniques on practices of public administration In accordance with its objectives, GSPA has produced a large number of scholars in neighboring sciences as well as in the science of public administration While cultivating a great number of capable government officials of middle and higher positions during 10-year period from its establishment. Consequently a considerable amount of academic achievements has been accomplished since its foundation. The purpose of this essay is to evaluate one aspect of the achievements of The GSPA through 10-year since its foundation giving a look about alumni academic activities. | - |
