| dc.description.abstract | 이 글은 1977년도 필자의 전국의 주택유효수요추정연구를 위한 Survey에서 나온 자료를 토대로 하여서 작성되었다. 그 주된 목적은 우리나라 국민들의 생활주기와 자가소유과정을 중심으로 한 주거주기를 분석하는 것이다. 즉 주거주기라는 하나의 개념화의 시도와 이러한 개념을 통한 주거의 한 질적인 측면에 대한 사실적 연구(descriptive study) 이다. 따라서 이것은 주택정책수립시 고려되어야 할 주택의 질적인 측면에 관한 일고찰임을 지적하여 둔다.(단, 주택유효수요추정연구를 위한 Survey는 약일만 세대를 대도시, 중소도시, 산업도시, 농어촌으로 층화하여 4 : 4 : 1 : 1의 비율로 추출한 표본이었다. 따라서 여기에 나와있는 각종 비율은 그것이 그대로 대표치가 아님을 밝혀둔다.) | - |
