dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to take a brief look at how GVS in English can be explained and to show some examples which can be related to GVS. It comes to the conclusion that the similar phenomenon to GVS occurred in short vowels in English, and that some vowels in Korean show the similar pattern to GVS.-
