에 도착한지 6日만에 日本 首相 大腲重信에게 起草運動의 寅相과政變 의 경위를 說明하는 長文의 서한을 보냈다.1) 이 펀지에서 桬은 政變의 原因을 네가지 들고 있다. 첫째는 光絡帝와 西太의 다툼， 둘째는 新과 舊의 다툼， 세째는 滿과 漢의 다툼， 네째는 英國과 러시아의 다툼이 그것이다. 첫번째， 두번째 그리고 네번째의 원인에 관해서는 이미 여러 학자의 논고가 발표되었으나 세째의 원인 즉 滿漢關係에 대해서는 아직 별다른 관심이 기울여지고 있지 않다. | - |
