Abstract
본 연구는 장애학생과 일반 고등학생의 친구관계 및 갈등해결전략을 향상시키기 위하여 통합 환경 내 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하여 그 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 인천광역시에 소재한 P고등학교에 재학 중 인 장애학생 3명과 일반학생 6명, 총 9명을 통제집단으로, O고등학교에 재학 중 인 장애학생 3명과 일반학생 6명, 총 9명을 실험집단으로 하여 실험효과를 검증하였다. 실험집단 대상에게 일주일에 한번, 회기 당 1시간씩 총 10회기에 걸쳐 집단을 실시하였다. 실험처치 후 친구관계 검사와 갈등해결전략 검사의 사전, 사후 검사를 비교분석하였고, 실험집단의 각 회기별 상담기록, 행동관찰기록, 녹음자료, 소감문, 자유반응식 갈등시나리오 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과 통합 환경에서 집단상담 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단이 통제 집단에 비해 장애학생과 일반 고등학생의 친구관계의 하위변인인 긍정적 감정과 친구의 기능은 유의하게 향상되었으나 부정적 감정은 유의하게 감소되지 않았다. 갈등해결전략의 하위변인 중 절충 및 협력전략은 유의하게 향상되었으나 양보전략은 유의하게 향상되지 않았고, 회피전략과 지배전략도 유의하게 감소되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 상담기록, 행동관찰기록, 녹음자료, 소감문, 자유반응식 갈등시나리오 질적 분석에 의해 지지되었다.



This study purposed to develop a group counseling program in integrated environment for enhancing friendship and conflict resolution strategies between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities. The effects of the experiment were tested with 3 students with disabilities and 6 ones without disabilities at P High School in Incheon Metropolitan City. This research adopted the pretest‐posttest control group design. The results of this study are as follows. First, friendship between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities, among the sub‐areas of friendship between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities, positive emotion and friends function were improved statistically significantly in the experimental group who had participated in the group counseling program compared to the control group, but negative emotion did not decrease significantly. Second, among the sub‐areas of conflict resolution strategies, compromise and cooperation strategies were improved statistically significantly in the experimental group who had participated in the group counseling program compared to the control group, but avoidance and dominance strategies did not decrease significantly. Third, in the results of qualitative analysis of changes in friendship and conflict resolution strategies between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities through the group counseling program in integrated environment, students with disabilities showed improvement in spontaneity, activeness, openness, and frank emotional expression to friends. The results of this study as presented above show that a group counseling program in integrated environment is effective in improving friendship between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities. In addition, it increased the tendency of resolving conflicts between students with disabilities and high school students without disabilities in a more compromising and cooperative manner.
