대도시 주변 어촌의 기능변화에 관한 연구 - 울산시 강동면 정자리를 사례로 -

Abstract

A phenomenon has recently become widespread that finishing villages around bif cities are changed to tourist centers for citizens. The purpose of this study is to investigate the processes of these changes and the types of residents' adaptation. For this purpose, first, the external-internal causes related to the functional changes of finishing villages around big cities, second, the process of these changes which is stressed on a labour life, third, the changes of finishing village communities in conjunction with that functional changes from the socio-spatial perspective, and fourth, on the basis of these results, the generalization of the functional changes of finishing villages are examined. The study area is Junja Ri in Ulsan City. The external and internal causes of the finishing villages are combined with the phenomenon that fishing villages around big cities are changed to tourist centers, and in conjunction with the regionality and the role of the men leading change, the types of adaptation will be variable. This produces the change of the whole regional society and notifies in advance the disorganization of the existing village community.
