| dc.description.abstract | 프랑스의 辯護士資格을 취득하기 위한 시험으로는 우선 辯護士硏修院의 입학시험과 수료시에 보는 辯護士資格試驗을 들 수 있다. 그리고 유럽聯合會員國, 유럽經濟共同體會員國 또는 스위스연방 국적을 가진 法律家에게 변호사자격을 부여하는 資格試驗 그리고 이상의 국적을 가지지 못한 외국인 辯護士에게 변호사 자격을 부여하는 評價試驗 등이 있다. 辯護士의 자격과 관련된 이상의 시험의 시행의 구체적인 모습을 알고 또 이해하기 위해서는 프랑스 辯護士制度의 변천과정과 辯護士의 자격요건 그리고 외국인 法律家 또는 辯護士의 법적 지위를 미리 살펴보는 것이 필요하다. | - |
