개념도 방법론을 활용한 청소년의 장애수용태도 인식

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 통합교육에서 그 중요성이 확대되고 있는 장애수용태도에 대하여 청소년의 관점에서 인식하는 내용과 차원이 어떠하며, 무엇을 중요하게 생각하는지를 파악하고자 청소년들이 직접 참여하는 개념도 연구 방법을 통해 탐색하였다. 청소년이 인식하는 장애수용태도는 52개의 진술문이 도출되었고, 청소년은 진술문의 내용을 경험적 인식과 경험적 관계, 심리적 영역과 행동적 영역의 2개의 차원으로 인식하고 있었으며 유사성을 기준으로 5개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 장애수용태도에 대한 중요도 인식에서 청소년들은 진술문전체 평균 중요도로 중요하다(5점 기준으로 3.9)에 근접하게 평가하였고, 군집 중에서는 통합교육을 통한 체험적 변화(M=4.26)와 장애친구에 대한 친사회적 행동(M=4.09)을 상대적으로 중요하게 평가하였다. 이는 청소년이 직접 참여하고, 청소년들의 인식을 바탕으로 구체적으로 수집된 결과이며, 통합교육 조건에서 청소년의 장애수용태도 연구 및 실제 교육현장에서 유용하게 활용 가능한 기초자료로서의 의의를 가진다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

As the adolescents' attitude of accepting disabilities have increasingly important meanings in the integrated education, this study aims to examine the contents and dimension of the adolescents' attitude of accepting disabilities recognized in adolescents' perspective, and what is important to think of, by using concept mapping which adolescents' involved directly. This study, the total 52 statements of the adolescents' attitude of accepting disabilities recognized in adolescents' perspective were derived, and which were recognized in two dimensions of empirical recognition to empirical relationship, psychological region to behavioral region, and which were grouped into five clusters based on the similarity by adolescents' . In recognition of the important level of the adolescents' attitude of accepting disabilities, adolescents' evaluated close to 'important level' (3.9 of 5) at the average of all statements'. And they think of cluster3; 'understanding of the integrated education with disability friends(M=4.26)' and cluster2; 'pro-social behavior for disability friends(M=4.09)' relatively important than other clusters. Based on the examination, this study discussed the educational implications of the adolescents' attitude of accepting disabilities, the significance, limitations of this study, and suggested a proposal for the further studies. Implication for effective intervention strategy and future research on career and vocation counseling were discussed.
