dc.description.abstract현행 응급상황관제에서 수보요원은 구급신고전화 응대 과정에서 기본정보를 시스템에 입력하면 서 구급차 출동 여부를 결정하며, 이후 상황관리사는 환자에 대한 추가정보를 수집한 후 구급대가 도착할 때까지 구급 상담과 응급처치 지도를 하게 되어있다. 이 과정에서 원활하게 응급관제 시스 템이 작동되지 못해서 구급차 출동시간의 지연과 신속한 응급조치의 미지원을 초래하면, 응급환자 에게는 치명적일 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 음성인식 기술을 응급상황관제 시스템에 적용하여, 수보요원의 119 신고접수 시 신속성과 효율성을 지원하고, 상황요원의 올바른 상황판단과 신속한 응급조치를 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.-
