항공용 소프트웨어 인증 절차 및 구성에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 항공용 소프트웨어 인증에 관한 절차를 현재 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 DO-178B 문서를 통하여 알아보았으며, 아직 초기 단계에 있는 국내의 인증 수준의 향상을 위한 관련 교육 교재 개발에 관련된 내용을 제시하였다. 먼저 항공기 감항인증에 대하여 알아보고 그로부터 소프트웨어 인증으로의 관련성을 도출하였으며, 본 연구에서 다룰 내용의 대상이 되는 DO-178B 문서가 항공용 소프트웨어 인증에서 속하는 분류, 역사 등에 대하여 서술한 뒤 구체적인 인증 절차에 관한 내용이 되는 소프트웨어 계획 단계, 소프트웨어 개발 단계, 소프트웨어 통합 단계에서 이루어지는 인증 활동과 목적 제시, 그리고 최종 출력물에 해당하는 결과 문서의 종류에 관하여 알아보았다. 이로써 소프트웨어 인증이 이루어지는 전반적인 절차에 대한 정리가 이루어졌으며, 다음으로 이러한 인증 절차의 국내 항공용 소프트웨어 실무에의 적용을 위한 교육 교재 개발에 관한 내용을 제시하였는데, 그 구체적인 방법으로는 먼저 해외 교육 과정 및 교재에 대한 특징과 구성을 분석하여 각각의 장점을 통합하여 국내 교재 개발에 있어 적용 중점을 소개하였다. 개발된 교육 교재를 활용한 소프트웨어 인증 관련 최초의 교육 과정의 시범 교육을 통하여 향후 국내 관련 업계 종사자에 대한 인증 관련 지식 및 수준 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study is about research on the procedures of airborne software certification through DO-178B which a document most widely used in this area for certification, and also about developing a teaching material and education course expected for enhancing domestic software certification ability. We have investigated about the general airworthiness certification and its correlation with software certification. Classification and history of DO-178B document in the software certification area is presented, followed by the activities and objectives of detailed certification procedures and their output documents. Afterwards, the development of teaching material for utilization in the airborne software business is suggested. As a primary step, we took a research on the education materials abroad. We focused on their characteristics and formation, analyzed their advantages, and finally applied them on developing our own teaching material. Runnng the first domestic education course on software certification using the developed education material, it is expected to improve the knowledge of practician in the field of software certification.
