| dc.description.abstract | Diels-Alder 반응을 1-sulfonyldiene을 이용하여 수행하고 연속적으로 sulfinyl retro-ene 반응을 수행하여 [4+2] cycloaddition 반응의 활용 범위를 넓힌다.
본 연구에서 디자인하여 합성한 다양한 1-sulfonyldiene은 전자적 특성상 normal Diels- Alder 반응과 inverse electron demand Diels-Alder 반응에 모두 이용될 수 있다. Diels-Alder 반응을 통하여 얻어진 allylic sulfone 화합물을 이용하여 allylic sulfinic acid를 중간체로 하는 sulfinyl retro-ene 반응을 통해서 SO2가 제거되고 이중결합의 위치가 전이된 다양한 cyclohexene core를 입체선택적으로 합성할 수 있음을 보였다. | - |
