- Abstract
- 합성수 σ에 대해서 Z/σZ[x]은 유일 인수분해 정역이 아니다. 따라서, 이 공간의 다항식은 유일하게 인수분해되지 않아 근의 개수가 차수보다 더 많아질 수 있다.
본 논문의 목적은, UFD가 아닌 공간에서도 다항식의 근을 유일하게 결정하기 위해서 새로운 인코딩함수를 도입하는 것이다. 인코딩 함수를 이용함으로써 새롭게 표현된 다항식은 인코딩함수의 특정한 규칙을 만족하는 근들만을 효율적으로 복구할 수 있게 한다. 이러한 인코딩을 통한 새로운 다항식 표현은 안전한 다자간 합집합 연산을 위해 응용될 수 있다.
