dc.description.abstract본 논문은 Wang(2011)의 연구를 바탕으로 1994년에 시작된 중국의 주택제도 개혁이 동, 서부지역의 주택 균형가격에 미친 영향에 대해 각각 분석함으로써 그 영향을 지역에 따라 좀 더 구체적으로 알아볼 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이론모형에 기초하여 실증분석을 진행함으로써 국가의 비효율적 배분정도가 개혁 후의 주택 균형가격에 미치는 영향과 그 영향의 지역적 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석결과 주택제도 개혁을 진행함에 따라 국가의 주택배분 시스템이 초래한 가격왜곡현상이 사라짐으로써 가구의 주택소비가 증가하고 주택 균형가격이 상승한다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 그리고 중국의 주택제도 개혁이 동부지역에 미친 영향은 서부지역에 미친 영향보다 훨씬 큰 것으로 나타났다.-
