| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 한국 고용정보원의 2012년「대졸자 직업이동 경로조
사 」자료를 이용해한국 대학 졸업자들의유보임금을 구조적 모형(Structural Model)을이용하여 추정하였다. 학생들의이질적 특성인 성별, 전공 별, 학교의 종류를 통제한 상태에서 각 학생들이 동태적으로 변화하는 구 직 확률을 바탕으로 기대 임금을 계산하여 최적의 구직 시점을 결정하는 모형을이용하였다. 분석 결과 대부분의유보임금 차이는 전공별 차이로 부터 비롯되고 성별의 차이는 크지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 추정된 값들을 바탕으로 시뮬레이션된 구직 확률이 실제 관측된 구직 확률을잘맞추는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
