dc.description.abstractThis thesis presents a study of the star clusters in the central Galactic plane region based on the wide-field infrared photometric surveys. Star clusters are considered to be good tools for investigating the Milky Way, especially in an aspect of tracing the Galactic structure. We discover, list, and investigate new clusters from embedded clusters to globular clusters in the central Galactic plane region, which is a less studied region with star clusters.
