| dc.description.abstract | Backgroud: Muscle atrophy results in severe functional impairment and is a significant clinical problem. The therapeutic effects of autologous adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) using an in vivo muscle atrophy model by denervation in rats were examined and characterized.
