식품의약품 리스크 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 조직요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

Abstract

식약처의 리스크 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 위해 리더의 비전제시와 역량개발을 위한 배려 등이 필요하며, 리스크 커뮤니케이션 활동에 대한 평가를 통해 실질적으로 보상하는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 다양하고 체계적인 교육프로그램을 마련할 때 리스크 커뮤니케이션 성과를 제고할 수 있을 것이다.

In a conclusion, this study highlights the importance of three factors as key enablers for better risk communication in Ministry of Food and Drug Safety( MFDS): (1) improving directors leadership to suggest organizational vision from risk communication perspective, (2) providing MFDS members updated training and education program of risk communication, and (3) developing reward policy designed to facilitate the increased performance of riks communication tasks across the units of MFDS.
